The Kibwezi West Member of Parliament Patrick Musimba has become the latest casualty of election petitions after the High Court sitting in Machakos nullified his election into the eleventh parliament on Thursday 15th of August, 2013.
The High Court had ordered a vote recount which showed that former area MP Kalembe Ndile won the 4th March election.
According to Kalembe, the ruling is unfair since he expected to be announced the new Member of Parliament for Kibwezi West Constituency.
