ICC witness 326 was an ODM member (from luo Nyanza) -connects Raila/Nyong'o to 2007-08 PEV killings

The second International Criminal Court (ICC) witness testifying in the case against Deputy President William Ruto took to the podium, where he accused former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and ODM Secretary General Professor Anyang' Nyong'o as among those who bankrolled the 2007/08 Post Election Violence.

In his testimony which started at around midday on Monday, witness 326 who is alleged to be an ODM party member and worked briefly at Orange house, Kilimani (near Yaya Centre) explained how Orange Democratic Movement financed and bankrolled youths who slaughtered people during the 2007/08 Post Election Violence.

He said five leaders of ODM, (Pentagon) planned th eviolence of 2007-08. He named Raila Odinga, Musalia Mudavadi, Joseph Nyaga, William Ruto, Najib Balala and Charity Ngilu.

This came as Ruto's lawyer Karim Khan strongly protested the hiding of names of top ODM officials who will be mentioned by the second witness who was testifying in public.

The witness 326 is an ODM member from Luo Nyanza.
