A man was forced to flee naked after he was caught in the act with a neighbour's goat in Baringo County.
According to The Standard reporter, the owner of the goat was awakened by commotions in the goats den only for the suspect to run away naked when he went to find out what was going on.
“It was around midnight when I heard the goat bleat severally and I went out but did not see anybody but I found a pair of trousers, underwear, shoes and a knife,” said Peninah Kiptoo.
She further added that she woke up her husband and together they took the clothes to the area chief . A search was mounted with the help of villagers and that is when they found the suspect in the nearby bush, gave him a beating and took him to Kabarnet police station.
Area OCPD Omondi Musewe confirmed the incident terming it embarrassing.He assured the villagers that the suspect will be arraigned in court.
