Rio Ferdinand, a 34 years old veteran Manchester United skipper, has made it clear that he has never thought of leaving his favorite and current club, Man United. However, he confirmed that so far he has received several offers from different clubs.
He said that he has achieved all that he ever wanted to in his career as a footballer at Man United.
"I came to Manchester United for reason and that was ti win trophies, so i could retire and say how many trophies I have won and look back and say I've made a success of my career", he said.
When asked whether he has ever had any offers from other clubs, Ferdinand said, "I've had loads of offers over the years to go to other football clubs and there has been loads of speculations in the papers every other year, but I've never really wanted to go anywhere", he added.
Meanwhile, he has been awarded a testimonial match against Seville due to his service to the club. That match will take place next month.
